Audio Files Our Audio Files are now set up to play using both Windows Media Player & Quicktime technologies. If you have a PC with Windows on it, you will generally have Windows Media Player or a program that can run Media files. Quicktime is included on both PCs and Mac computers.
If you have a Mac. You may need a plugin or other software to
assist in playing the recordings. Below is a link to the Microsoft Media Player website and
the Apple Quicktime website.
They may have the information you need.

Still need help?
We were going to switch over to the Quicktime format, since it is more readily available to both
Mac and PC users. However, the settings that we are limited to require that the entire file
needs to be downloaded before playing the file. Someone using a Dial-up connection would have to wait quite
some time to start listening to the file...where the streaming Media Player format will allow a Dial-up user to
listen to the audio file sooner. |
